A Club membership fee of 5/- (five shillings) annually was agreed, with a reservation that if that sum proved unsatisfactory, an amendment would be made accordingly at the next A.G.M.

It was agreed that the club night should remain on Wednesdays and that the season should commence on first week in September to the middle of May, with a summer break.

The entrance fee on club nights would be 2/- (two shillings) per head for members.

This concludes the meeting which was followed by dancing until 10.30pm
